Glen Brown - Chief Executive Officer

Over 20 years senior corporate experience with ToucheRoss, KPMG and Perpetual Trustees Australia. Previously held Chief Financial Officer, General Manager Operations and General Manager Retirements positions at FKP. Responsible for the overall profit delivery, management, strategy and growth of Company. Responsible for the integration of newly acquired villages and village portfolios into the Group. Reports directly to the Meridien Retirement Living Board.

Mark Taylor - Chief Financial Officer

17 years experience in finance, tax and commercial matters with KPMG, FKP and Lend Lease. Prior to joining Meridien Retirement Living in 2006, held positions as Group Commercial Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and State Manager Finance. Responsible for all corporate and village accounting throughout Australia, including treasury, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and account preparation.

Ian Ramsay - General manager NSW

Over 25 years experience in corporate management in the finance tourism, hospitality and retirement industries, including 10 years with FKP in its retirement division including National Operations Manager in charge of RVs in QLD, NSW, Sth Aust and Tasmania. Responsible for profit delivery and the operational management of Meridien Retirement Living’s NSW based RVs, including village operations, sales and marketing developments.

Ben Martens - General Manager SA

Over 15 years experience in corporate management in the banking, IT and retirement industries. Previously held the position of Managing Director of Bartonvale Gardens Retirement Living (SA). Responsible for profit delivery and the operational management of Meridien Retirement Living’s South Australian based RVs, including village operations, sales & marketing and developments.
