Alison Quinn, Chief Executive Officer

Alison is one of Australia’s most experienced senior property executives with an extensive track record of success in the industry, having previously held positions as Executive General Manager Retirement at Aveo Group, CEO Growth Management Queensland for the Queensland State Government and Executive General Manager of Sanctuary Cove, a leading master-planned residential resort community on Queensland’s Gold Coast. She has extensive development and investment experience in the property and constructions sector. Additionally, Alison has held Chair and Board memberships across multiple public sector growth projects. Holding a degree in Commerce from the University of Queensland, Alison has been a member of the national Retirement Living Council since 2013 and was elected to the position of president in 2016.

Chris Webb, Chief Financial Officer

Chris Webb began his career with PwC and spent 11 years in investment banking and funds management at UBS, Credit Suisse and QIC before consulting to Rio Tinto and Newcrest on valuation and strategy. Chris joined RetireAustralia in 2014 and is responsible for all corporate and village accounting throughout the portfolio in his current role as Chief Financial Officer. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and fellow of Finsia.

Tammie Carter, General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Tammie Carter has over 15 years' direct sales and sales management experience in the Retirement Village sector. She has previously fulfilled the roles of Portfolio Sales Manager with Gannon Estates (9 village group with villages in NSW and South Australia), South Australian Sales Manager with RetireAustralia (12 villages), NSW Sales Manager with RetireAustralia (11 villages) and Queensland Sales Manager with RetireAustralia (5 villages). Tammie’s current role encompasses full sales and marketing accountability, including the coordination of sales administration and property refurbishment, for RetireAustralia’s 28 villages across New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.

Brigid London, General Manager - Care and Operations

Brigid London comes to RetireAustralia with more than 15 years experience in the home based support, retirement villages and aged care industry. She has recently joined us from New Zealand where she held the role of General Manager of Operations with the Summerset Retirement Group. Brigid’s wealth of operational experience across the support services continuum has seen her lead large scale, client focused services across geographically dispersed locations. Brigid’s focus has always been on ensuring residents receive the very best standard of care and service, delivered by staff who are genuinely interested in making a difference.

Robert McDonald, General Manager - Development and Acquisitions

With over 20 years in the property industry, Robert has a deep understanding of the property development and corporate real estate sectors. Having commenced his career in property valuation and commercial leasing, Robert has spent the past 15 years performing key roles in the planning, development, delivery and management of some of the nation’s flagship real estate projects and leading the development business of two of Queensland’s premier publicly listed property development and investment companies.

Anthony Heald, General Manager - People and Culture

Anthony has over 20 years’ experience in human resources working within large corporations and smaller organisations across the finance, resource and infrastructure sectors. His experience includes business strategy development, industrial and employee relations and assisting businesses to design and implement HR solutions enhancing overall business performance. Anthony’s recent positions in heavy industry have engrained a strong risk and safety focus in his approach.
