October 2006 – Purchase of The Glen Group, considered to be a market leader in quality retirement, comprising four major properties on the New South Wales Central Coast.
December 2006 – The nine property Gannon Estates group joined the Meridien Retirement Living portfolio.
December 2006 – Purchase of Queensland’s Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village at Bargara, along with Tea Tree Gardens at Hope Valley in South Australia.
April 2007 – Purchase of Brisbane’s market leading Manor Group – Wellington Manor and Cleveland Manor.
June 2007 – Purchase of Bartonvale Gardens at Enfield, South Australia.
August 2007 – Purchase of the Belrose Country Club and Waverly’s Queens Park Village, both in Sydney.
September 2007 – Purchase of the four Palm Gardens Adelaide based properties.
October 2009 – MRL became the operators of Waterford Retirement Living on the NSW Central Coast.
December 2009 – Meridien Retirement Living became the proud operators of 7 Sydney villages – Bayside Park, Lindfield Manor, Northbridge Gardens, Oatland Gardens, Rose Bay Towers, Strathfield Gardens and Windsor Gardens.
