“It’s a great life! One of the really good things for us is the Raby Bay Marina. There are wonderful restaurants and we walk there two or three times per week! The ease of access is also wonderful. For example, the Cleveland Manor gym: we don’t have to get in the car and drive to the gym. Everything is within 50m! It’s the same with our twice weekly ‘happy hour’ nights, our monthly social dinners and the pool.”

“Everyone here is so supportive. After I was only here for about six weeks I had to have back surgery and the neighbours were absolutely magnificent. The phone would ring and they’d say ‘I’m going down the street, do you want some milk or bread?’ I feel very, very lucky. I have a beautiful villa in a beautiful surrounding with wonderful people around me. My family says it’s the best decision I ever made!”
Pamela, resident since 2015
“I love my one bedroom villa. It’s perfect for the single woman who lives on her own. It’s extremely spacious, it really is! I’m surprised. It’s designed really well. I never feel like I don’t have enough space and it’s as much as I need at this stage of my life. The courtyard out the back is a joy. I love sitting there and I love the peace and the quiet and the privacy of it. It’s wonderful."
