Village Manager/Sales Consultant
Dianne joined the team in 2017 and is responsible for leading all village staff, liaising with residents and family members, managing the village’s day-to-day operations and making sure that each new resident enjoys a smooth and stress-free transition into village life.
Our friendly Administration Assistant is on hand with a smile and a greeting at the front desk and is also responsible for managing day-to-day village administration and liaising with residents, staff and external service providers.
Gardening and maintenance teams
Our experienced contract gardening team tends to the lawns, hedges and flowerbeds and works hard to keep the village looking immaculate at all times. Our maintenance person, Paul, looks after the upkeep of your unit or apartment and the village’s facilities and is always willing to lend a hand if you need repairs or assistance.
Personal care attendants
Our dedicated personal care attendants are on-site 24 hours in case of emergency and can assist residents with showering, dressing and taking medication if they need extra help with daily activities.
In addition to keeping the village’s facilities clean and tidy, our professional cleaning team takes care of all linen laundry and apartment cleaning so that our serviced apartment residents aren’t burdened by household chores.
With the help of their team, our talented on-site chef and cook serve delicious lunches and dinners each day, along with an assortment of breakfast provisions for serviced apartment residents to enjoy in their own apartments, and cater for special village events.
