The Village Manager is responsible for leading all village staff, liaising with residents and their family members and ensuring that the village’s day-to-day operations run smoothly so that residents can relax and enjoy village life.
Our Sales Manager ensures that all new residents enjoy a smooth and stress-free sales process, from their first village tour to the day they move in.
Our friendly receptionist is always on hand with a smile and a greeting at the front desk and are also responsible for managing day-to-day village administration and liaising with residents, staff and external service providers.
Gardening and maintenance teams
Our experienced gardening team tends to the lawns, hedges and flowerbeds and works hard to keep the village looking immaculate at all times. Our maintenance person also looks after the upkeep of your unit/apartment and the village’s facilities and is always willing to lend a hand if you need repairs or assistance.
Personal care attendants
Our dedicated personal care attendants are on-site 24 hours in case of emergency and can assist serviced apartment residents with daily tasks if they need extra help.
With the help of our personal care attendants, our professional cleaner takes care of all linen laundry and apartment cleaning so that our serviced apartment residents aren’t burdened by household chores. She also keeps the village’s shared facilities clean and tidy at all times.
With the help of her team, our talented on-site chef serves delicious lunches and dinners each day, along with an assortment of breakfast provisions for serviced apartment residents to enjoy in their own apartments, and caters for special village events.
