Boambee Gardens Independent Living Units General Services Charges:

$425.60 per month as at July 2010.

Includes:

  • Professional village management team including: village manager, gardeners, maintenance person, receptionist, overnight caretaker
  • 24 hour emergency medical response
  • Maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds
  • Internal villa maintenance i.e. plumbing, electrical, painting
  • Building insurance to full replacement value
  • Council rates
  • Use of all on-site facilities
  • Maintenance of Community Centre
  • Maintenance & lighting of common areas and infrastructure

Boambee Gardens Serviced Apartments General Services Charges:

$1082.20 per month as at July 2010.

Includes:

  • Standard ILU services, plus those listed below
  • 3 meals per day
  • Changing linen in the apartment once per week
  • Cleaning of the apartment once per fortnight
