1 bedroom - $365.02 per month
2 bedroom - $396.06 per month
3 bedroom - $438.06 per month

Includes:

• Professional village management team including: Village Manager, Maintenance and Gardens personnel, Village Administrator
• 24 hour emergency medical response
• Maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds
• Building insurance to full replacement value
• Internal villa maintenance i.e. plumbing, electrical, painting
• Payment of all rates, taxes and charges including charges for gas, water and electricity relating to common areas and facilities
• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas and facilities
• Use of all on-site facilities
