From $404.25 per month as at 1 July 2010

Includes:

• Professional village management team including: Village Manager, Maintenance and Gardens personnel, Administrative staff, Carer
• 24 hour emergency medical response
• Maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds
• Internal villa maintenance i.e. plumbing, electrical, painting
• Building insurance to full replacement value
• Council rates
• Use of all on-site facilities
• Maintenance of Community Centre
• Maintenance and lighting of common areas and infrastructure

Lincoln Grove Independent Living User Pay (Optional) Charges:

• Midday / evening meals
• Changing linen in the villa
• Cleaning of the villa
• Personal laundry
• Additional personal care

Lincoln Grove Serviced Apartments General Services Charges:

From $1,096.90 per month as at 1 July 2010

Includes:

• Standard ILU services, plus those listed below
• Midday / evening meals
• Changing linen in the apartment once per week
• Cleaning of the apartment once per fortnight

Lincoln Grove Serviced Apartments User Pay (Optional) Charges:

• Personal laundry
• Cleaning of the Serviced Apartment more than once per fortnight
• Additional personal care
