RUTH KERNAGHAN - VILLAGE MANAGER

Ruth Kernaghan cheerfully manages Murray Gardens Estate and has been involved in the retirement village industry for more than two decades.

Ruth enjoys all aspects of her job, but most of all she enjoys meeting with people, helping them with resolving any issues or problems and introducing them to new friends on the Estate. She also enjoys encouraging residents to get involved in the numerous functions and activities at Murray Gardens and loves it when new residents tell her how happy they are to have moved in.

Ruth also loves attending the various functions at the Estate whether it be carols, concerts, line dancing or happy hours. It is no surprise that the dining room and bar are Ruth's favourite parts of the village as she says this is the hub of Murray Gardens and the place where they build their sense of community and have fun times!

Ruth has always lived in Albury and lives close to the village. In her spare time, Ruth reads, listens to country music and spends time with her children and grand daughter. Ruth is an Elvis fan and has just bought a piano and plans to start playing again, so you may be able to pop along to Murray Gardens for a sing-along soon!
