2 bed - from $376.64 per month

Includes:

  • Professional village management team including: village manager, gardeners, maintenance person, receptionist, overnight emergency care staff 
  • 24 hour emergency medical response
  • Maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds
  • Internal villa maintenance i.e. plumbing, electrical, painting
  • Building insurance to full replacement value
  • Council rates
  • Use of all on-site facilities
  • Maintenance of Community Centre
  • Maintenance and lighting of common areas and infrastructure

Riverina Gums Independent Living User Pay (Optional) Charges:

  • Midday/evening meals
  • Changing linen in the villa
  • Personal laundry
  • Cleaning of the villa
  • Additional personal care

Riverina Gums Serviced Apartments General Services Charges (as at July 2010):

From $1,071.00 per month

Includes:

  • Standard ILU services, plus those listed below
  • 3 meals per day 
  • Changing linen in the apartment once per week
  • Cleaning of the apartment once per fortnight

Riverina Gums Serviced Apartments User Pay (Optional) Charges:

  • Changing linen in the Serviced Apartment more than once per week
  • Personal laundry
  • Cleaning of the Serviced Apartment more than once per fortnight
  • Additional personal care
