Tarragal Glen Independent Living Units General Services Charges:

1, 2 & 3 bedroom – from $418.73 per month (as at July 2010)

Includes:

• Professional village management team including: Village Manager, Maintenance and Gardens personnel, Receptionist and Administrative staff, overnight emergency care staff 
• 24 hour emergency medical response
• Maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds
• Building insurance to full replacement value
• Payment of all council rates, water rates and water usage from the Villa 
• Payment of all rates, taxes and charges including charges for gas, water and electricity relating to common areas and facilities
• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas and facilities
• Use of all on-site facilities
• Security patrols of an evening
• Transportation on Village Bus 

Tarragal Glen Serviced Apartments General Services Charges:

Studio, 1 & 2 bedroom – from $1256.19 per month (as at July 2010)

Includes:

• Standard Independent Living Unit services, plus those listed below
• 3 meals per day
• Changing linen in the apartment once per week
• Cleaning of the apartment once per week

NB: Additional care services such as help with medication, showering and dressing etc are also available on a user pays basis.
