2 bedroom – from $437.80 per month (as at July 2010)

Includes:

• Professional village management team including: Village Manager, Maintenance and Gardens personnel, Receptionist and Administrative staff, On-call Carers
• 24 hour emergency medical response
• Maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds
• Building insurance to full replacement value
• Payment of all council rates, water rates and water usage from the Villa 
• Payment of all rates, taxes and charges including charges for gas, water and electricity relating to common areas and facilities
• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas and facilities
• Use of all on-site facilities
• Security Patrols of an evening
