When Judith Wennerbom was looking for a retirement village on the Central Coast, one stood head and shoulders above the rest.
“I had looked at a few other villages, but Tarragal Glen was where I wanted to come,” she said.
“It just had a very lovely feel about it and with being beside the shopping centre and the ease of getting to Sydney, it’s just seemed so convenient.”
Judith made the transition to retirement in 2006, and since then has enjoyed immersing herself in all aspects of village life.
“I take part in a lot of activities – all the wonderful dinners we have, as well as cards, bowls, Pilates and aqua aerobics.”
“The people are so friendly and lovely, and I’ve got some very close friends here.”

“Nothing’s a problem for the staff and I feel so blessed they are here,” Judith said.
“If anything goes wrong, you can call them and within a few days it’s fixed.”
Judith’s advice for anyone thinking of moving to Tarragal Glen is simple.
“I say to people to not leave it too late,” she said.
“A couple of my friends moved in and said it’s the best thing they’ve ever done.”
