Deborah previously spent six years as a Village Manager at LendLease in New South Wales, but is now an adopted Queenslander.
In her first days in her new role, she has spent time meeting residents at the village and staff at the company’s Brisbane support office.
“I have enjoyed hearing residents’ stories about why they moved into the village and how long they have lived here,” she said.
“Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming.”
As Village Manager, it is Deborah’s responsibility to oversee the day-to-day running of the village and ensure life is stress-free and peaceful for residents.
“I’m looking forward to managing this great village, getting to know how everything works, and meeting all the residents.”
Noyea Riverside is a popular and sought-after retirement living option perfectly situated between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
“You can’t help but be inspired by the convenience of the golf club and the numerous activities on offer at the village,” Deborah said.
“There’s lawn bowls, tennis, Mahjong, line dancing, billiards, a swimming pool, and all kinds of social events.
“It has been fantastic to meet residents who have enjoyed all this for 25 years.”
