Kaye comes to the role with over ten years worth of experience in the retirement industry, having most recently been Chair of the Property Council’s South Australian retirement village committee.
Kaye has enjoyed meeting colleagues and residents in her first days in the role.
“Everyone has been tremendously welcoming and I’ve been made to feel totally at home,” she said.
As Village Manager, Kaye is responsible for all aspects of village life, including overseeing staff, organising activities, working with residents to make improvements, and other everyday tasks.
“Having managed villages across South Australia and Victoria, I am particularly pleased to be associated with such a quality village as Torrens Grove,” she said.
“I’m really looking forward to being a part of the community and hopefully being able to make a difference.
“I’m especially looking forward to meeting all the residents at a Devonshire Tea on Friday!”
Torrens Grove is ideally located close to restaurants, a cinema, medical centres and a wide range of shopping options, and is known for its friendly and welcoming community.
Torrens Grove has a great community spirit fostered by residents and staff,” Kaye said.
“One of the first things the residents committee asked me was whether I supported the Adelaide Crows or Port Adelaide!”
