Our reliable and experienced Support at Home team is here to make life easier – from household chores and meal preparation through to showering, dressing, and nursing care. It’s all about keeping the sense of home you love, with support that fits your life. Our nurse is also available to provide care assessments and advice and support as you navigate life’s changes. You can pay privately for services or use government funding*.
We can even guide you through the process of applying for government funding so it’s simple and stress-free.

Arcadia’s Private Care Hub
Our goal at Arcadia is to support residents to live in their own homes for as long as possible. If, at some point, a higher level of support would be more appropriate, the innovative Care Hub offers a considered next step within the community you already know and love.* Unlike traditional aged care facilities, our Care Hub offers:
- Warm, homely setting with personalised support
- No waiting lists or complex assessments. Move in when you’re ready
- Spacious, private care suites with quality finishes
- 24/7 qualified nurses and carers always on-site
- Chef-prepared meals and access to all village amenities
- Visiting family and friends welcome anytime
*In some cases, it may be best for someone to receive care in a residential age care setting if their needs become more complex or if the Care Hub is no longer the most appropriate environment for their care.
**Move in timings and access to the Care Hub are subject to suitability, availability and the Retirement Village Act 1999 (Qld).
Respite Care
The Care Hub provides a warm, homely setting if you need extra care in the short term – to recover from illness, injury, or a hospital stay. Relax knowing that tailored respite care is available. Enjoy a restorative stay featuring:
- Private, fully furnished and secure apartment in the heart of the village
- Access to dedicated resident lounge, dining room, sunroom and kitchenette facilities
- 24/7 on site team and emergency call system
- No ACAT required
- Meals, cleaning and linen service
- Personalised care and support plan

Care Coordinator service
Getting the right support to live the life you want is essential, but finding the right services can be challenging. Our Care and Wellness Coordinator can guide you through each step of your care and support journey – from understanding your needs, to helping you navigate My Aged Care, to connecting you with the right services to help you keep living the life you choose.
Not just care, but wellness
The foundation of our wellness comes from having the freedom and flexibility to go about our lives safely. At Arcadia, there are countless activities for residents to join, either by themselves or in groups. We also have a lifestyle coaching service working one on one with residents to help them find and engage with their passions. It’s all about having a happy and healthy community for residents to call home.
