Our Care Hubs redefine traditional care, offering a thoughtfully designed, homelike environment for up to 10 residents at a time. It’s a more personal and connected approach to care, created with the residents’ wellbeing at heart. RetireAustralia residents can access a Care Hub which includes:
- Registered Nurse led model of care
- Staffed 24/7 by Nurses and qualified Carers
- Higher staff to resident ratio compared to traditional aged care
- No Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment
- Fresh, daily chef-prepared meals and access to all village amenities
- Resident lounge, dining and sunrooms
- Respite available *
RetireAustralia’s first Care Hub opened in May 2024 at The Verge Burleigh on the Gold Coast, with Arcadia Retirement Living in Yeronga proudly becoming home to the second Care Hub in May 2026.

Care Suites – Stay in the community you love
Our Care Suites offer a new standard of care, beautifully designed to balance indpendence, comfort and personalised support.
At Arcadia and The Verge, care is designed to support you in your apartment right through to end of life, with the reassurance that if it can no longer be safely provided at home, you can remain in your community by moving to the Care Hub for short-term or ongoing support. This also means that residents can remain living in the same community, even as their care needs change.
Residents can enjoy:
- Spacious private one-bedroom suites
- A private ensuite and kitchenette
- A beautifully appointed shared resident kitchen with modern conveniences

Currently we have a Care Hub at Arcadia Retirement Living and The Verge at Burleigh.
With only 10 Care Suites available in each Care Hub, residents benefit from a thoughtfully tailored and highly supportive care experience.
RetireAustralia residents have priority access to Care Hubs however short stay respite care is available.
