Costs vary by home type. Generally, you’ll pay an entry payment along with ongoing service fees covering maintenance, insurance, rates and access to shared facilities. Service fees are set on a cost-recovery basis, so RetireAustralia cannot profit from them.

- Respite care: Short-stay care in a fully furnished serviced apartment for two to six weeks, giving residents time to recuperate after illness, injury or a hospital stay, with meals, cleaning and personal care provided.
- Support at Home: Available through our trusted partner provider, covering household help through to personal care and nursing, either privately funded or through government funding.
