Lincoln Grove operates under a leasehold model rather than a rental arrangement, you pay an entry contribution for the right to occupy your home under a long-term lease. The village team can explain how this works and what the financial commitment involves.

Costs vary by home type. Generally, you’ll pay an entry payment along with ongoing service fees covering maintenance, insurance, rates and access to shared facilities. Service fees are set on a cost-recovery basis, so RetireAustralia cannot profit from them.

- Respite care: Short-stay care in a fully furnished serviced apartment for two to six weeks, giving residents time to recuperate after illness, injury or a hospital stay, with meals, cleaning and personal care provided.
- Support at Home: Available through our trusted partner provider, covering household help through to personal care and nursing, either privately funded or through government funding.
