Every day, we strive to better serve our residents through the homes we build, the communities we create, and the services we provide.
We know that no two people are the same, which is why our villages are as varied and diverse as our residents.
Our safe and supportive communities are a place you can feel right at home – both now and in the years ahead. Somewhere, you can enjoy an independent lifestyle with the security and companionship of a close-knit community. You can also rest easy knowing that individualised care and support is available if and when needed.
From city to country to coast – we guarantee you a welcoming and secure environment where you’ll have the freedom and support to live life on your own terms.
As a business, RetireAustralia has three main areas of focus:
Our story
Since 2006, RetireAustralia has supported residents to lead secure, independent and fulfilled lives within the communities they choose to call home.
We are one of the largest privately-owned retirement village owners, operators and developers in Australia.
Our portfolio is comprised of unique retirement communities located across New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. Many of which have been serving their local community for decades.
In recent years, we have cultivated our development expertise. We have extended several existing communities and are planning and developing new purpose-built communities in areas with high demand for quality senior living.
Corporate ownership
Since 2014, RetireAustralia has been jointly owned by Infratil Limited and New Zealand Superannuation Fund.
