Chelsea brings 5 years of retirement living experience and a genuine love for community. She blends empathy, thoughtful decision making and calm leadership, supporting residents through everyday moments and life’s bigger changes.
At Arcadia, she’s looking forward to helping shape a warm, welcoming community where people feel supported, included and right at home.

Wellness & Lifestyle Coordinator
Living well, on your terms. Feeling good isn’t one thing, it’s a rhythm. At Arcadia, personalised one-to-one support helps you find yours. Classes to try, introductions to make, local groups worth knowing, and someone whose focus is helping you thrive, not just in this community, but in this chapter of life.
Care Coordinator
Getting the right support to live the life you want. Our Care Coordinator will guide you through each step, from understanding your needs, to navigating My Aged Care, to connecting you with the right services so you can keep living the life you choose.
Onsite Village Maintenance Team
