Independent living villas
Magill’s one, two and three-bedroom independent living villas are open-plan, filled with natural light and have ample storage. Some even come with a private courtyard for entertaining.
Serviced apartments
Our purpose-built serviced apartments are perfect if you are starting to need a little more support and want to continue living independently. Apartments are spacious and either studio or one-bedroom in size with an ensuite and kitchenette. You can even bring your pet!
With our trusted team taking care of housekeeping, maintenance, and providing nutritious meals every day, you’ll have the freedom to maintain your independence and to make the call on what matters most to you.

If you ever need more care and support, you can continue to live in your own home and community with support from RetireAustralia Home Care. You also have the option of transferring to a serviced apartment in your village.
Village Location
The East Adelaide retirement village is set among suburban streets just 7km from the city centre and is close to medical and health services, cafés and major shopping centres as well as the famous Penfolds Magill Estate winery. There is a bus stop right at the entrance and the private village bus offers regular shopping trips and outings.
