Village Manager/Sales Consultant
Phill Sellwood joined the team at Carlyle Gardens in 2016 and is responsible for leading all village staff, liaising with residents and their family members and ensuring that the village’s day-to-day operations run smoothly so that residents can relax and enjoy village life.
Assistant Village Manager/Sales Consultant
Jeanie-Maree assists Phill in leading village staff and ensures that each new resident enjoys a smooth and stress-free transition into village life, from their first village tour to the day they move in.
Our friendly receptionist is always on hand with a smile and a greeting at the front desk and is also responsible for managing day-to-day village administration and sales and liaising with residents, staff and external service providers.
Gardening and maintenance team
Our experienced gardening team tends to the lawns, hedges and flowerbeds and works hard to keep the village looking immaculate at all times. Our maintenance team look after the upkeep of your villa and shared facilities and are always willing to lend a hand if you need repairs or assistance.
Personal care attendant
Our personal care attendant is only a few minutes away in times of emergency and can assist with basic first aid and liaising with relatives.
