Nicole Cropley is the new Murray Gardens Village Concierge who is only too happy to assist residents with their requests.
Nicole’s role goes beyond that of a receptionist: she offers a personalised concierge service for each and every resident, from ordering taxis and making restaurant recommendations to assisting with filling out maintenance or gardening requests.
Nicole also assists in the resident orientation program where new residents are welcomed into the village community.
“Each new resident who joins our community is embarking on an exciting stage of life and I like to ensure that their transition is smooth and stress-free,” Nicole says.
