Residents of Torrens Grove Retirement Village are set to mark Anzac Day with traditional food and games in the village community centre.
Residents and guests are invited to watch the Anzac march on the community centre television from 9am before enjoying some $1 games of two-up in the afternoon.
Classic Australian fare, including beefsteak pie floaters and lamingtons, will be on offer for lunch.
Lunch will be served at 12:30pm, while the community centre bar will be open between midday and 2pm.
Torrens Grove village manager Kaye Coats said the event will be a great way for residents, friends and family members to come together.
“It’s an important day on the village calendar, and we are looking forward to enjoying it together,” she said.
