To keep the winter blues away, the residents at Belrose Country Club Retirement Village celebrated Christmas in July with an elegant dinner party.
Dinner parties are very popular at Belrose and the Christmas in July event was no exception – it was completely booked out!
Residents at Belrose meet regularly to chat and socialise in the luxurious Clubhouse with its magnificent fireplace, stunning atrium and open balcony perfect for relaxed dining.
“We decorated the lounge with lots of Christmas bling and bon bons on the tables,” says Belrose Country Club team member Caitlin Beyer.
Head chef Brad Milligan spoiled the residents with a traditional three course Christmas menu, including a delicious Christmas pudding with brandy custard sauce for dessert.
Following the superb dinner, the residents were entertained by international award winning performer Kerryn Grant.
“Kerryn sang a repertoire that we all know and love and most of us couldn’t help but sing along with her,” Caitlin says.
“A truly magical night was had by all.”
