RetireAustralia has approval to build vertical retirement living accommodation at 236-246 Queen Street, which is located to the west of the operator’s existing Cleveland Manor Retirement Village.

Our plans draw on global best practice and learnings to meaningfully respond to the need for high-quality seniors living housing in Cleveland and surrounds while retaining the character of the local area. They include 90 independent living apartments and a range of resident amenities across 4 architecturally designed buildings. There will be a 10-suite Care Hub with a nurse-led team on site 24/7 offering higher acuity care in a homelike environment and enabling residents to remain in their home and their community if their care needs increase. Furthermore, a maximum of 60% of the site will be built form surrounded by landscaping and resident outdoor areas.
