Drayton Villas to hold complimentary info session and morning tea


Drayton Villas Retirement Village will hold a complimentary information session and morning tea on Friday 28th July, featuring speakers from the seniors advocacy, real estate, and retirement industries.

Beginning at 9:30am in the village’s community centre at 111 Drayton Road, the information session will cover everything needed to make a smooth transition to retirement village life.
Margaret Warren, founder of Inspired Outcomes, said her advocacy business helps navigate all stages of the retirement process.
“Inspired Outcomes can smooth the transition to a retirement village, and act as an advocate for the person moving,” Margaret said.
Kent Woodford of Ray White Realty will make a presentation on local real estate and how to make moving an easy transition.
“I’ll be giving an overall view of the Toowoomba market and overview of the selling process,” Kent said.
Joining Margaret and Kent will be Drayton Villas Village Manager, Scott Burton, who will discuss the range of benefits village life offers.
“Our residents enjoy a wide variety of social activities and events, and a range of facilities at the village,” Scott said.
“It’s a very exciting and positive time to be a part of our community.”
Everyone is welcome to attend the complimentary information session and morning tea at Drayton Villas Retirement Village, 111 Drayton Road, Harristown on Friday 28th July, commencing 9:30am.
