The Green Building Council provides us with an invaluable framework and guidance within which to create thriving & sustainable retirement communities.

Tarragal Glen Apartments

RetireAustralia is developing 42 architecturally designed independent living apartments at Tarragal Glen Retirement Village.
Arcadia Retirement Living

Part of the urban renewal precinct, Parkside Yeronga, Arcadia Retirement Living is a multi-stage development of 159 premium independent living apartments, a 10-suite care hub and resident amenities.
Cleveland Manor Apartments

RetireAustralia has approved plans to expand Cleveland Manor Retirement Village with 146 independent living apartments, a 10-suite care hub and new amenities.
Fancutts Retirement Living

Retire Australia has approval to build a vertical retirement community comprised of 253 independent living apartments, a 12-suite care hub and resident amenities on the site of the former Fancutts Tennis Centre and Coaching Academy in Lutwyche, Brisbane.
Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village

RetireAustralia has approved plans to expand Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village with an additional 38 independent living villas.
Caroline Chisolm Retirement Village

RetireAustralia has acquired the site of the former Caroline Chisholm Retirement Village with the intention of delivering quality retirement living for the Lane Cove community. The site is ideally located close to the Lane Cove village and medical services.
Verney Graceville

RetireAustralia is planning a high-quality retirement living and integrated care development of 101 independent living apartments and a 10-suite care hub centred around the refurbished heritage listed Verney House and Stables at Bell Terrace in Graceville.
The Verge at Burleigh G.C.

RetireAustralia has completed a third stage of 62 independent living apartments and a 10-suite care hub at The Verge.
Stage one and two, which comprise 106 apartments, a wellness centre, café and activities hub, have a Livable Housing Australia Gold accreditation and a 4 Star Green Star Design and As Built certification. Stage three has a 4 Star Green Star for Design.
The Green Tarragindi

Delivered under a partnership between RetireAustralia and the Yeronga Services and Community Club, the site of the Tarragindi Bowls Club has been reimagined as a premium retirement community with 92-apartments adjoining a championship-quality bowling green, club house and café.
The Green has a Gold Australian Livable Housing accreditation and is registered for Green Star.

The Rise at Wood Glen
