RetireAustralia is an experienced owner, operator and developer of retirement communities that meet the needs and desires of older Australians.

RetireAustralia strives to design and build retirement villages that are healthy for residents to live in, better for the environment, and cost-effective to run. The Green Building Council provides us with an invaluable framework and guidance within which to create thriving & sustainable retirement communities.

RetireAustralia has expanded its Tarragal Glen Retirement Village with 42 brand new architecturally designed independent living apartments.
Arcadia Retirement Living

Part of the urban renewal precinct, Parkside Yeronga, Arcadia Retirement Living is a multi-stage development of up to 217 premium independent living apartments, a 10-suite Care Hub and resident amenities over 4 buildings.
Cleveland Manor Apartments

RetireAustralia has approved plans to expand Cleveland Manor Retirement Village with a maximum of 90 independent living apartments, a 10-suite Care Hub and new amenities.
Fancutts Retirement Living

Retire Australia has approval to build a vertical retirement community comprised of 253 independent living apartments, a 12-suite Care Hub and resident amenities on the site of the former Fancutts Tennis Centre and Coaching Academy in Lutwyche, Brisbane.
Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village

RetireAustralia has approved plans to expand Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village with an additional 38 independent living villas.
Caroline Chisolm Retirement Village

RetireAustralia has approved plans to construct 41 new independent living apartments, including an underground carpark and communal resident facilities on the site of the former Caroline Chilson Retirement Village in Lane Cove.
Verney Estate Retirement Living

RetireAustralia has approved plans to build a high-quality retirement living and integrated care development of 93 independent living apartments and a 10-suite Care Hub centred around the refurbished heritage listed Verney House and Stables at Bell Terrace in Graceville.
The Verge at Burleigh G.C.

The Verge is comprised of three six-storey buildings featuring 168 premium independent living apartments, a boutique 10-suite Care Hub and exceptional amenities including a café, wellness centre and activities hub.
The village has attained Livable Housing Australia Gold accreditation and 4 Star Green Star Design and As Built certification.

The Green Tarragindi

Delivered under a partnership between RetireAustralia and the Yeronga Services and Community Club, the site of the Tarragindi Bowls Club has been reimagined as a premium retirement community with 92-apartments adjoining a championship-quality bowling green, club house and café.
The Green has a Gold Australian Livable Housing accreditation and is registered for Green Star.

The Rise at Wood Glen

Glengara Care
