RetireAustralia’s newly redeveloped website puts residents front and centre.
Images and videos featuring residents from RetireAustralia’s 27 villages are prominent throughout the new website and there is a brand new section dedicated to their stories.
For RetireAustralia CEO Alison Quinn, the update reflects the company’s strong resident–centric focus.
“As a business, making sure our residents have a positive experience of life in our villages is at the heart of what we do,” she said.
“It’s fitting, then, that our new website celebrates these positive experiences and puts the residents themselves in the limelight.”
The site was also redeveloped to improve usability and navigation, ensuring that visitors can find the information they’re looking for with ease.
Covering everything from contracts to costs and even a calculator to estimate your exit entitlement, the site is a useful resource for those who are looking at purchasing in a RetireAustralia village.
“Over a third of our enquiries already come from digital platforms, so we know the internet is a powerful tool when it comes to researching retirement villages,” Alison said.
“It’s vital that retirement village operators provide transparent information about buying into, living in and leaving their villages to assist prospective residents and their families in making an informed choice.”
“Our new website is a combination of clear, upfront information and engaging resident stories, and we look forward to seeing how the market responds.”
The new site launched on 7 June and has already received positive feedback from residents and staff.
