Wellington Manor Retirement Village will hold a complimentary information session and morning tea on Wednesday 1st November, featuring guest speakers from the seniors advocacy and real estate industries.

Beginning at 10am in the village community centre at 269 Birkdale Road, Birkdale, the information session will cover everything needed to make a smooth transition to village life.
Speaker Margaret Warren, founder of Inspired Outcomes, will discuss how her advocacy business can help navigate all stages of the retirement process.
“Inspired Outcomes can smooth the transition to a retirement village, and act as an advocate for the person moving,” Margaret said.
Trent Ballantine of Harcourts Real Estate will also speak, presenting an overview of the current real estate market and how to negotiate the selling process.
Joining Margaret and Trent will be Wellington Manor Village Manager Wendy Rogers, who will discuss the range of benefits life at the village offers.
As well as enjoying a complimentary morning tea, visitors are very welcome to tour the facilities and available properties.
